Metropolis El Salvador

posted by: blinkingline filed under: Uncategorized |

tim’s friend john is a roaster working with my friend schooley at metropolis.  he brought us a nice sample of their el salvador.  here are my tasting notes:

sweet toffee and caramel in the fragrance, with a little citrus revealed as the water hit it.  nice softer brightness leads well to the flavors of butter and brazil nut sitting atop a silky body.  the finish is clean with just a wisp of vanilla.
