hey kids, my other blog project, mistermixtape.org is looking to add a few contributors. it’s a music based blog where contributors take turns throwing out topics and post songs that they think would go well on a mixtape themed around that topic. if you’re interested, or know someone who might be, it’s a simple enough procedure to apply, just answer the following questions:

1) how large is your music collection? (a rough estimate of the number of MP3’s, CD’s, etc. you have).

2) are you comfortable with using FTP?
3) as a sample topic, please answer the following question, providing as much explanation as you feel appropriate (feel free to answer via email, or by comments):

nazis (theeeeeeeey’re baaaaaaack) have taken you hostage and are about to kill you. before you die, you can listen to 5 songs as you eat your last meal. what five songs do you choose?

so kate and i are looking to start having people over on a regular basis to play some boardgames. if you’re interested, drop me a line.

fresh back from atlanta, tomorrow night’s round two will be all about US history, in honor of the fact that we won’t have trivia next week. or, probably the week after that… more on that later.
