at the hickory museum of art there’s a very nice exhibit of doc edgerton photos, but more impressive to me were the folk art religious themed pieces…i’ll upload the rest once i’m home.

hence the lack of updates…kate and i are heading to hickory this weekend to visit the fam and sometime before then we’re hitting up target to do the registry thing. should be good fun if we don’t kill each other arguing about the color of what towels we want.

so in the ongoing saga of my new car and the NCDMV, i tried going to the chapel hill DMV again, only to be told again that i need to have the seller’s signature notarized.

so i’ll be sending the title off to california for the owner to get it notarized. the good news is that the late fee for transferring a title is only 15 bucks, no matter how long it is overdue.
